Current ActiLife 5 users can upgrade to ActiLife 6 for a discounted upgrade fee based on their license type and date of upgrade. Don't delay because the sooner you upgrade, the more you'll save!

Accounts with custom license counts will be handled separately.
License counts (available activations) will carry forward from ActiLife 5. Maximum license counts for Single License owners are one (1) Full and five (5) Lite Maximum license counts for Enterprise License owners are ten (10) Full and fifteen (15) Lite.
User maintenance agreements are activated on date of upgrade and is effective for one calendar year from that date.

Maintenance Agreement Program
ActiLife 6 owners will receive free updates and patches for 12 months from the date of purchase. Following the 12 months, users can elect to continue receiving updates by participating in ActiGraph's annual maintenance program. There are many benefits to keeping your contract active; some of them are listed below. Reverting to ActiLife 5
If you've accidentally upgraded to ActiLife 6 and wish to revert back to version 5, simply visit our ActiLife 5 support page to download ActiLife 5. You may need to type in your product key again. If you have any problems, contact our support team at support@theactigraph.com. Remember, ActiLife 5 end of life is 12/31/2012. After that time, support will not be available.
